Arms Abs n' A$$
This class will focus on strengthening your core as well as your arms and glutes.
A fun and challenging combination of cardio drills and resistance training. This class consists of either 60 second intervals done at different stations. Weights, bags and jump ropes are just a few props used during class. You will get an awesome workout and the time will fly by since you never know what your instructor will pull out of his/her bag of tricks.
30 Minute HIIT
This circuit style class is comprised of thirteen two-minute round drills, incorporating heavy bags, weights/tubing, and core strengthening, that will fly by in just thirty minutes. You will get your heart pumping, clear your mind, and improve your fitness! No matter who you are, this thirty minute class can deliver what you need. You’ve got nothing to lose except pounds, inches and stress!
This conditioning class is designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups and keep the heart pumping. Body bars, dumbbells and tubes are used through out the class.
