Thirty minute workout

What you will need:  A step (from the 80s) or stairs and a chair…

Warm up with two minutes of stepping (don’t forget the leg warmers)

Two minutes of jumping jacks

One minute of squats

One minute of push-ups

One minute of crunches

One minute of  tricep dips on chair or step

30 seconds of squat jumps

Repeat 2x… water break!!!
