We all have different goals, different strengths, and different limitations.  Walking into a gym can be overwhelming.  Trying to figure out what do, and how to do it  can be overwhelming.  At Feeling Fit, we’re sensitive to that and want to make getting started as painless and enjoyable as possible, dare we say fun! Working with a personal trainer removes all of the guess work. Feeling Fit offers privacy so there’s no reason to feel self conscious or reason to worry that someone is watching you. Your trainer will work closely with you to continuously guide and modify your training program. This ensures that you are getting the most out of your workout. Our trainers will meet with you to understand your history, needs and goals, perform assessments, and implement a program designed specifically for you.
